With a combined experience of over 45 years and countless medals and achievements, Olympians Andreas Hestler and Seamus McGrath have no shortage of cycling street cred. Now, they’ve joined forces to create an off-season training camp where riders can learn and improve their skills and technique under the guidance of the two veteran athletes.
Two weeklong camps are geared toward competitive riders and will be offered March 1-8 and March 8-15, 2010. In addition to long hours in the saddle, they include coaching and critiques of each riders’ positions, nutritional needs, bike fit and MAP testing. Stretching and muscle recovery sessions also are included.
